A solution to improving the NetSuite system would be adding custom, price, quote software to the NetSuite system to take full advantage of it’s strengths to maximize the overall investment of Lucky Brand. CPQ software can fix some of the common problems the NetSuite system faces by for instance taking away the user interface issues by introducing dynamic click by click product builders and proposal generator. Something like this can help Lucky Brand be able to cut sales training costs to let sales reps accomplish more in a smaller amount of time. CPQ software can also increase offline capabilities of NetSuite to give sales reps the tools they need to be productive working offline. Lastly, CPQ software can decrease the high customer support costs that NetSuite has by making the process of quoting and ordering more understandable.
One other simple solution could also be to install the Application Performance Management (APM) SuiteApp that includes features like Dashboards, Data Visualizations, Page Time Summaries, Script Analysis, and Script Queue Monitor. This can provide the tools needed to grant users the transparency to monitor and improve the speed of their NetSuite experience.
